Welkom op de website van onze shetlandstal,
't Rossems Hof. Een aantal jaar geleden begon het allemaal voor ons met 1 nederlandse stamboekmerrie achteraan in de tuin....ondertussen hebben we verschillende goedgekeurde dekhengsten en een aantal merries in verschillende stokmaten en kleuren. Wat begon als een leuk huisdier voor onze veel te grote tuin is uitgegroeid tot een hobby waar we elke dag weer plezier aan beleven. Ondanks de vele verhalen over niet zo brave shetlanders hebben wij dit ponyras leren kennen als zeer aanhankelijk, genereus, leergierig en vooral zeer lief. Tous nos poneys sont pleins papiers et donc inscrits au stud-book Belge du poney shetland. Pourquoi les shetlands ? We're a small stud located in Belgium, Vlaams-Brabant near Brussels. All our poneys are registered with the Belgium Shetland pony Stud book and our aim is to have them all licensed as of the age of 3.
Why shetland poneys ? We simply adore these little horses - they are a perfect fit for both children & adults to whom they show their lovely character at length.
